Maltego Graph (Desktop) is integrated with Maltego Cases allowing you to save graphs from Desktop to your case folders.
In order to save the graph to Maltego Cases from Maltego Graph (Desktop), click on the Application Menu icon in the top left corner. In the menu find and click on Save to Maltego Cases.
Choose your case folder in the appearing dialog and click Save to Maltego Cases.
