Advanced Troubleshooting

When we are troubleshooting an issue with Hunchly that is difficult to pin down, here are some instructions on information that will assist us further:

1. The size of your HunchlyData folder. In most operating systems, simply right-click on it and select Properties. Then take a screenshot of the window that pops up so we can see how large your case files are.

2. Your Documents/HunchlyData/hunchly.log file.

3. If you can take two screenshots of the Google Chrome developer tools, that will also be helpful. The video below shows how to open the two windows.

Once you have compiled this information, please send it to us at support@hunch.ly so that we can analyze it and assist you in troubleshooting further.
