COMODO Antivirus/Endpoint Protection can falsely identify Hunchly as a threat and block it from running. This will show up as the Hunchly browser extension staying stuck on "Loading case data..."
Temporarily disabling real-time protection within COMODO will allow you to confirm that it is causing the issue.
You (or whoever manages COMODO) should mark Hunchly.exe and HunchlyChromeHandler.exe as safe within COMODO.
