The Widnows Tab Overview window will be opened by default when you start a new graph. If the Overview window is closed, it can be re-opened with the button in the image below:
By default, the Overview window is found in the top left-hand corner of the Maltego Client. It shows the current viewport on the graph in relation to the entire graph.
The Overview window can also be used to pan your graph as discussed previously.
