What data does Echo see?

Echo can access the messages visible in the user’s case at the moment the Echo chat box is opened. This includes the message text, its source, and the timestamp. In addition, Echo can access all previous interactions the user has had with Echo within the current chat session.

Is my case data shared externally when I use Echo?

No. Only the data described above is sent to external APIs (currently only OpenAI). No filters, search terms, or other user data are shared.

How is user input handled (e.g., anonymized, processed within EU, etc.)?

No user-identifying information is included in the data sent to large language models (LLMs). For clients requiring data processing within the EU, we are developing a self-hosted LLM solution hosted in our European infrastructure.

Are Echo’s responses stored in my case history?

Yes, we store Echo's answers to be able to reopen that chat history at a later moment.
