To access user's settings and enable/disable Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), click on the relevant user's avatar on the top right corner.

You will be redirected to the Settings page with the following information:

  • Email: Cannot be updated
  • Change Password: Users can update their password
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
    • A QR code is visible to scan via the Authenticator app.
    • Upon authentication, a user will be asked to enter the verification code from the Authenticator app
    • After confirmation, the MFA for the user's account will be enabled.
    • If for some reason the QR code is unscannable, the user can use the Authenticator app Secret to enable the MFA.
    • Simply copy the secret and add it on the Authenticator app.
  • Generate Recovery Codes: In case of lost access to the Authenticator app, users can generate recovery codes which can be saved and used in that scenario
    • Click on the generate recovery codes option and save those codes.
