How to assign Products to a user in an Organization

To assign a Product in your Organization to a user, navigate to the Users tab from the side menu

  • Select a user and navigate to the Detail page for that user.
  • A list of assigned products will be displayed for the Org Admin to view.
  • The Org Admin can assign one or more Products to the user by selecting these from the list.


Note: If the available seats are full for a Product, the assignment would not complete and an error would be shown. Similarly, an Admin can unassign one or more Products from this view.
