How to adjust the time period in a case

All messages that are shown in a case fall within the set time period. This period is set to the last 24 hours by default. 


At the top left of the case, you see a box that says 'Last 24 hours'. To adjust the time period, click on it.

1) Select a relative time and press save. Always show the messages from the last:

  • 4 hours
  • 12 hours
  • 24 hours


2) Select an absolute time. Show the messages of a fixed time period. Select 'Custom' and set the period yourself. The left box is for the 'from-date' and the right box is for the 'end-date'. Make sure to press Save. Use the Reset button to go back to showing the last 24 hours.
